This policy applies to all purchases made online through Aza Studio website, azastudio.com.au.

1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A major failure occurs when the product:

  • Is unsafe.
  • Is significantly different from the description, sample, or demonstration model.
  • Is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot easily be made fit within a reasonable time.
  • Is substantially unfit for a purpose that you told us about, and cannot easily be made fit within a reasonable time.
  • A reasonable consumer would not have bought the product if they had known about the problem.

If a product has a minor failure, we will choose to either replace it, or offer you a refund.

  • Order Verification: As this is an online store, we will verify your purchase using your Order Number, name, and email address provided when initiating the return.
  • Return Costs (ACL Claims): If the product is confirmed to have a major or minor failure, we will reimburse you for any reasonable shipping or transport costs you incurred in returning the product to us.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that buying clothing online can be tricky, so we offer a voluntary "Change of Mind" return policy which provides you with additional rights beyond the ACL.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: You must initiate the return and have the item postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and re-saleable condition. This includes having all original tags attached and being free from stains, odours, perfume, deodorant, or any other signs of wear.

Please Note:

  • Refund Details: Refunds for Change of Mind returns will be issued to the original payment method and will exclude any original shipping charges.
  • Order Verification: You must provide your Order Number when initiating the return so we can verify the original purchase details.
  • Return Costs (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to Aza Studio for Change of Mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.

โ›” Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, and unless the product is faulty (which is covered by the ACL), we cannot accept Change of Mind returns on:

  • Swimwear.
  • Lingerie and undergarments.
  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance'.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit Request: Please complete the 'Request a Return' form located under the 'Returns' menu on our website, including your Order Number and the reason for your return (e.g., "Faulty Item" or "Change of Mind"). If you encounter any difficulties with the form, please email our Customer Service team at sales@azastudio.com.au.
  2. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and a return shipping address. Do not send items back without this confirmation.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package your item(s) and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided.
